1. Who we are
This website is run by Queenz Fabrica, a fabric design and manufacturing company based in Surat, Gujarat, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Queenz Fabrica decides why and how your personal data is processed.
We are a business-to-business supplier. This website does not sell products online, take payments or create customer accounts.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry
Our enquiry form (on the home page and the contact page) asks for:
- your name, company name and city
- your phone or WhatsApp number
- your email address (optional)
- your business type, the fabric you are interested in, the quantity you need and any message you add
We also record which page the enquiry was sent from and when it was sent.
When you contact us directly
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your number, name and the content of your message.
When you place an order
Orders are arranged directly with our team, not through this website. To invoice and deliver an order we may need business details such as your registered business name, GST number, billing and delivery address.
Technical data
Like every website, our hosting server records basic technical data when a page is requested: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used for security and to keep the website running.
We do not ask for bank, card or government ID details on this website. The website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
3. How we use your data
- to reply to your enquiry and understand your requirement
- to suggest suitable fabrics and share samples, prices and quotations
- to process, invoice and deliver orders you place with us
- to keep business and tax records required by Indian law
- to protect the website against spam, misuse and security threats
When you send the enquiry form, you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry and storing your details for that purpose. We do not use your data for automated decisions, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business, and only as far as each one needs it:
- Website hosting. Our website and the enquiries sent through it are stored on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger).
- Email delivery. Enquiries are sent to our business mailbox through our email service provider.
- WhatsApp. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps. The maps on our home and contact pages are provided by Google. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
- Courier and transport partners. To deliver samples or orders, we share the delivery name, address and phone number.
We may also disclose data where Indian law requires it, for example to a tax authority or in response to a lawful request.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies for visitors. WordPress sets functional cookies only for people who log in to manage the website. The embedded Google Maps on the home and contact pages may set Google's own cookies when it loads.
If we add analytics or other tools that use cookies, we will update this section before doing so.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 3 years from our last contact with you, so we can follow up on repeat requirements.
- Order, invoice and customer records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require.
- Server logs: for the standard period set by our hosting provider.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry data earlier, as explained below.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- ask us to correct, complete or update it
- ask us to erase it, unless we must keep it by law (for example, invoice records)
- withdraw your consent; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you
- raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India
To use any of these rights, email or call us using the details below. We aim to respond within 30 days.
8. How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to enquiries is limited to the people at Queenz Fabrica who handle them, and the website administration area is password protected. We follow reasonable security practices, but no website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Grievance Officer
For questions or complaints about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at the email or phone number below, with "Data request" in the subject or first line of your message.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or business practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
