Founder

Raj Kunwar Singh

Raj Kunwar Singh founded Queenz Fabrica in Surat in 2016. Product and design direction are set personally by him, which keeps the range moving with the market rather than reprinting last season.

His background in design is why every enquiry starts with the collection a buyer wants to create, before any fabric is recommended. The business is built on more than 40 years of promoter experience in the textile industry.

A design-led approach

Fabric development starts before production.

Our founder's background in design shapes how Queenz Fabrica works. Instead of showing every buyer the same catalogue, we first understand the collection direction, then suggest suitable fabrics, qualities and print options.

Our design team tracks current demand and upcoming directions, so recommendations reflect what buyers want now and what is likely to matter next.

  1. 01What will the fabric be used for?
  2. 02Which market will the final collection serve?
  3. 03What quantity is required?
  4. 04Is a ready design enough, or is custom development needed?
  5. 05Which fabric quality and printing method suit the requirement?

The result: you judge a fabric on your actual business requirement, not only on how a swatch looks.

From requirement to ready fabric.

Six stages, the same for every order. What changes is the production route inside stage four.

  1. Understanding the requirement

Fabric category, design direction, quantity, end use and target market.

  2. Fabric and design selection

Choose from available qualities and running designs, or brief us on a custom requirement.

  3. Production planning

Fabric, print method, quantity and expected timeline are reviewed before the order moves to production.

  4. Fabric production

Weaving, dyeing, printing, embroidery or speciality work, depending on what the order needs.

  5. Quality checks

Fabric is checked two to three times at the relevant stages to catch visible inconsistencies. Exact checkpoints depend on the quality and process used.

  6. Dispatch preparation

After the checks, fabric is rolled, packed and prepared for dispatch against the confirmed order.

Our mission

To help fashion businesses source fabrics that suit their design direction, production requirements and target markets, through informed recommendations, relevant options and dependable order planning.

Our vision

To be a recognised fabric design and manufacturing company, known for market-aware design development, practical buyer support and scalable production.
