1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or send us an enquiry through it. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Each order is also governed by the quotation and written order confirmation we send you. If those documents differ from these terms, the order confirmation applies to that order.

2. Who we are

This website is run by Queenz Fabrica, a fabric design and manufacturing company in Surat, Gujarat, India. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

3. For business buyers

Our fabrics are supplied to businesses: garment manufacturers, fashion and clothing brands, fabric wholesalers and traders, and fabric stores and boutiques. We supply across India. The website does not sell products directly to consumers and does not take orders or payments online.

4. Product information

• Photos and descriptions show the character of each fabric and print. Colours on screen depend on your display and can differ from the actual fabric.
• Shade, hand-feel and print can vary slightly between production lots. Approve a sample or swatch before confirming bulk quantities.
• Designs, qualities and availability change as the range develops. A design shown on the website may no longer be available when you enquire.

5. Minimum order quantities and timelines

Minimum order quantities per design:

Production and dispatch dates depend on fabric availability, design development, order size and our production schedule. They are confirmed in writing with each order.

6. Samples

• Shade cards and physical swatches are available. Standard samples are free of charge.
• Custom samples are charged, depending on the fabric and the development involved. We tell you the charge before preparing them.

7. Quotations, orders and payment

• Prices on quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Taxes such as GST apply as stated on the quotation and invoice.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing (by email or WhatsApp), with the fabric, design, quantity, price, payment terms and expected dispatch date.
• Payment terms are agreed with each order and stated on the order confirmation and invoice.
• We may decline an enquiry or order, for example when a design is no longer available or a requirement is below our minimum quantity.

8. Custom and exclusive designs

• Custom designs are developed for qualifying quantities.
• A design is reserved for a single buyer only when the agreed quantity and exclusivity terms are confirmed in writing. Without that confirmation, designs in our range may be supplied to other buyers.
• If you send us your own artwork, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

9. Dispatch and delivery

• We dispatch within India. The transport arrangement and who pays for it are agreed with each order.
• Dispatch dates are estimates. Transport delays outside our control can occur.
• Please give a complete and correct delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.

10. Quality checks and claims

Fabric is checked two to three times during production and before packing. Please inspect each delivery when you receive it and before cutting. If you find a quality issue, contact us as soon as possible with photos and the roll or lot details, so we can review it. Claims are handled according to the terms on your order confirmation.

11. Intellectual property

The prints, designs, photographs, text, logo and other content on this website belong to Queenz Fabrica or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them, or use our designs for production, without our written permission.

12. Using the website

• Use the website and enquiry form only for genuine business enquiries. Do not send false information, spam or harmful code.
• The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
• We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always online.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Queenz Fabrica is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on information shown on it. Our responsibility for an order is set out in the order confirmation for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The terms in force when you send an enquiry or place an order apply to it.
